Words for Parents

Reading is one of the most important skills that develop from our brains. We can learn other skills if we have the ability to read. US famous Child Development Professional Glenn Doman has proven that every young child is capable to read more than we can ever imagine. During this will have the greatest memory power.

An early taught child will have the following advantages:

  • Relax and enjoyable learning journey when entering primary school.
  • Higher self esteem.
  • A fast learner.
  • Powerful mind to think and reasoning.
  • Enhance comprehension.

All these advantages of early reading will also help the parents to reduce their burden and pressure.

Furthermore, this also helps the child to have a solid foundation in learning. The growth of the brain will reduce as we get older. At the age of 5, our brain has developed up to 80% of completion. It will fully develop at the age of 8. Thus, the golden opportunity for a child to learn is from the age of 3 to 7. It is crucial that at this stage they learn how to read and having a smooth learning journey.

According to Glenn Doman, early childhood reading is an easy and pleasure stage for them. Children will learn without any fear and discover the fun and pleasure of reading. Early readers will lead ahead compared to the children who were taught later in life.
